Business Development Representative – TrakTime

Our TrakTime product is a new, unique easy to use app-based productivity system for companies to raise the productivity of their unsupervised work teams. TrakTime has been well received during a soft launch period, delivers a strong value proposition & ROI, and now we are ready to soar. This Inside Sales role fulfills the facilitation of business conversations with our prospects, ensuring we’re a fit for them, and making sure they are set up to succeed with the TrakTime system. Specific requirements for the role are:

  • A technical background is required which may come from the wireless, IT, biotech or related sectors
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an Inside Sales BDR role

We are a small, happy, growing team and the successful candidate will be able to grow with us and shape the future success of the company. Full technical and product training will be provided. In this role, people that have the below track record and qualities are successful:

  • A self-starter with a track record of successful prospect list creation, prospect outreach and sales development at multiple levels within an organization

Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an outgoing, customer-centric team player with strong inter-personal and execution skills to service and support our growing customer base and in turn, enhance our solutions-based culture. A technical background is required which may come from the wireless, IT, biotech or related sectors. The successful candidate will be able to grow with us and shape the future success of the company. Full technical and product training will be provided. Responsibilities include: Customer Service & Support. Provide front line Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support and assistance on implemented solutions. User Training. Provide customers with ongoing user training, working closely with Sales Managers and Channel Partners. Assistance with New Client Implementation. Provide assistance to fellow team members with new client implementation to ensure on-time, in-spec delivery of systems and products. Maintaining and Updating Workflow Processes and Systems. Develop and maintain required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for workflow and work in process (WIP) to ensure optimal execution and ability to grow.

Relevant Experience includes: Demonstrated understanding of GPS or cellular technology.(Preferred) Service role with front-line customer-facing responsibilities.(Preferred) 2 years in a software/technology environment.

Personal Characteristics: Strong communication and influence skills. Someone who turns issues into opportunities. The required confidence to be able to conduct front-line support and training activities for customers. Process-oriented “A” team player who takes pride in executing “above and beyond”.A thirst for learning and increasing knowledge; important in a fast-growing sector. Adaptable and dependable.
